- You pay a single visit fee to confirm your booking. Once it's paid, Fixed assigns an electrician and sends them to you. The repair work itself is settled directly with the electrician after the job.
- Does Fixed publish a price list?
- No. Fixed charges one visit fee to confirm a booking; the cost of the repair itself is agreed with the electrician once they've seen the job.
- What happens after I submit a request?
- The Fixed team contacts you by phone or Messenger to confirm your visit fee via InstaPay. After that we assign an electrician and they head to your address.
- Do I need an account to book a repair?
- Yes. You sign in with Google and give us your name and phone number once, so we can reach you about your visit and you can track your requests.
- Does Fixed use AI to match technicians or set prices?
- No. The current version of Fixed is not AI-enabled — technician assignment and pricing are handled directly by the Fixed team.
